Guidelines and Standards

NEW DOCUMENT with the ANS Minimum Guidelines and Standards document has now been produced. It is essential reading for every department. The document is available now on the Resources page, which you can visit through the Secure Server.

Welcome to your new ANS webserver. This is much more than a web site and should become an excellent resource for all of your professional life.
To obtain full access to the site you need to be authenticated.

Authentication normally takes a couple of days - you will be sent your access name and code. If you have any preferences as to password then please send this on too.

This site contains information for members of ANS and some public information of interest to people considering a career in clinical neurophysiology as well as those interested in the various investigations performed in clinical neurophysiology departments.
The link to the Groups is for ANS members only and contains an events calendar, message boards, photos, and other membership information. It is also the means of access to the ANS Newsletter which contains news and job vacancies. If you are an ANS member you can join the Group by emailing Nigel Hudson with your email address and ANS membership number.

If you are not an ANS member and would like to consider joining please email our Membership Secretary who will send you an application form and details of fees etc.
